Cool! How do you create so smooth animations? Hm. Maybe I'll learn it too someday. :aww:

Heehee! :D

Generally speaking the higher the frame rate the smoother the animation. 3D is typically rendered at 30 frames/sec. Film is shot at 24. You can't really notice the difference. This animation was only rendered at 24.

You should get into animation Sio! That would be great! A partner in crime! :D

I want to make an animation too someday, but at the moment I am learning a new technique with photoshop. So many projects.... ;P

I used to make things easy for me, blocking in colours and textures and then working with the dodge and burn tool. All neat and clean. At the moment I am trying out a more painterly style, more *free* so to say. I really PAINT all shading and use no fancy brushes (except for a special effect once). That makes the painting look a bit more alive I think and hones my skills in shading... Black skin is difficult though. I am working on a request. Another hot darkelf couple and a red curtain is all I gonna reveal.... ;)

You know I do a lot of of work with my animations in PS?! Are you already aware that you can animate with that program?

I know, a friend once showed me, but since I never did it again I would have to think HARD how to do it. As far as I remember, I have to open the picture in Image Ready and save each modification in a separate frame. I can set the pace of the frames too...

ImageReady!!!!!!! There hasn't been an ImageReady since....let me see....CS5....CS4....CS3.....wait, CS2!! You're using CS2! Or is it even worse than that and you're using something older?!!
