Ok so maybe not quite - but I don't think it is too bad for someone who has only been programming actionscript for 3 months! :D

Design and programming are all me, but thanks go to greensock.com for TweenLite which was used for the scrolling toolbar.

If for some odd reason someone uses this to make some art and uploads it let me know!
